The venue for the event is at Rye Farm Meadow OX14 3HY in Abingdon, and not at the ARC Club House.

Rye Farm Meadow is on the south/east bank of the Thames upstream of ARC, alongside Abingdon Bridge off the A415. The entrance to the meadow is next to the Rye Farm public car park.
