Everyone can benefit from having their max HR assessed so that they can then use this to train more effectively by setting more accurate HR training bands (assuming that they are not amongst the elite and currently getting lactate levels tested). Plus, I get an MSc out of it too! |

It was agreed in 2007 that voting online was an acceptable and essential means of ensuring that all Club members are able to vote for Club commitee positions. Members are still encouraged to come to the AGM and listen to the candidates put forward their cases before voting in person; voting online in the run-up to the AGM is now offered if you know or believe that you will not be able to attend the meeting. |
